I guide executives and leaders who know deep down what they should decide—but when the critical moment arrives, they calculate, measure, and end up doing exactly what their boss expects.
But before I tell you how I work, I need to tell you something I don’t usually say in formal presentations. I spent nearly twenty years in the corporate world. Argentina, Germany, Brazil, Spain. Leadership positions. Real responsibility. Constant pressure. And from the outside, everything seemed to be working.
And it worked. For years, it worked. I was promoted. I was recognized. I opened doors. But inside, something invisible was building up: a growing distance between what I did and who I actually was. A silent resentment toward myself that surfaced every time I closed my office door after a meeting where I had given in. "I did it again. I betrayed myself again." Until one day, everything collapsed at once. Health, family, work, my relationship. My body handed me the bill for twenty years of internal inconsistency. And when I had to rebuild myself from scratch, I understood something that changed everything: The problem was never my job. Or my boss. Or the company. The problem was that I never learned to decide from within. I always decided from the outside. From expectations. From fear. From what was safe. And that internal wiring—the very same one that had led me to success—was exactly what destroyed me on the inside. I trained in coaching, holistic psychology, NLP, and neuroscience. But I also studied systems for understanding internal wiring that go much deeper than any conventional executive tool. And with all of that, I built SOVEREIGN. Not a course. Not a program on assertive communication. A training in four core capacities that shift the very place from which you make your decisions.
